The kitchen emphasizes fresh, local produce (Cyclops Farms and other local partners) and updates menus seasonally.

The Oven & Style

What’s special about your oven?

It’s a 100% coal-fired oven (no gas), ~7 feet in diameter and ~6,500 lbs. It runs ~850–900°F for fast, crisp Neapolitan-style pies.

Wine, Beer & Bar

Do you have a wine list?

Yes! An award-winning program (Wine Spectator Award of Excellence 2023–2025) with wine flights and an extensive list. We also have our wine club. Join Us!

How big is the wine collection?

Over ~2,200 bottles and ~180 labels in-house (ask for the extended bottle list).

What’s your corkage policy?

$10 for in-house Marketplace retail wines; $25 for outside bottles; 2-bottle limit.

Do you offer wine flights?

Yes! Wine Flights are available (three 2-oz pours; not available on Tuesdays).

Specials & Happy Hour

When is Happy Hour and what’s included?

Daily 4–6p and all day Thursdays, featuring $2 off taquitos, $2 off meatballs, $12 wings (8), $1 off draft pints, and $2 off house wines (by the glass).

Do you run weekly wine specials?

Yes! “Wine Wednesdays” (all day) offer 1/2 off in-house list price on select bottles (see current list on the Drinks page).

Events & Private Bookings

Do you host events?

Yes—Wine Pairing Dinners and Vintner’s Tastings (about six times a year), plus a weekly Comedy Night on Tuesdays (7:30–8:30p; $15 food/drink minimum; first-come, first-served).

Can I book a private event?

Yes! the Privateer Marketplace offers an intimate setting with customizable options for gatherings; see details via the Private Events page.

Gift Cards & Payments

Yes! Digital gift cards in any amount, delivered by email; they’re valid at both The Privateer and The Privateer Marketplace & Wine Bar and can be used online or in-store.
